Cardamine pratensis

Posted by

Cardamine pratensis (Cuckoo Flower or Lady's Smock // Wiesen-Schaumkraut), is a flowering plant in the family Brassicaceae, native throughout most of Europe and Western Asia.
It´s a herbaceous perennial plant growing to 15-80 cm tall - depending on its location, but mostly goes for wet grounds. the flowers are pinkish/lilacish and are about 1cm in diameter - it´s often considered as weed (we never bothered it living everywhere in the garden - but to my surprise I found in some garden center pots of it.
