peace & joyPosted by daniela scharnowski (Berlin, Germany) on 5 November 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. The very reason why we had to wait more than 1 hour for the cranes *- sister sun decided to come out of her cloudy flat, where she hid the whole day. - But - what an appearance she had! @Lyl and Roll: Thnak you dears! Thea from Leeuwarden, NetherlandsGreat shot! That looks really abandoned there! ....peacuful indeed :) 5 Nov 2009 9:34am @Thea: You see the sun above a small island called Bülten - just reed and birds there.... so beautiful in this light, thank you! Kiwisa from North Shore, New ZealandThe sun was certainly worth waiting for. Nice diagonal divide over the scene. 5 Nov 2009 9:48am @Kiwisa: Err, the sun was just the bonus while waitung for the birds ;) Thank you! Loner from Wörgl, AustriaSchööööööööööön ! Earnest from Oklahoma, United StatesWhat a peaceful morning you've captured... and the early morning sun too! Very pretty! 5 Nov 2009 1:16pm @Earnest: Au contraire Earnest - a sunsetting as I never saw my entire life that evening - I think I did more picture of this spectacel than of the birds I was waiting for ;) Thank you! @alex centrella: Thank you so much for stoppping by alex ;) @kaveh Sadeghi-Azad: Thank you so much Kaveh! @john4jack: Thank you Jack ;) @Marilla: Thank you so much dear! ;) Mistral from Kembs, FranceEine wunderschöne Stimmung in diesem Bild! John from Geneva, United StatesStunning - you did an amazing job of getting both the low light (right side) and the bright sun (left side). The perspective of the shoreline and the muted colors in the water just click it all together.
